Time of Sale Inspections

A good inspector needs more than just a fancy business name. You need someone with a keen eye, a high level of technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

ToS inspections involve travel to the inspection site, checking system components, soil boring and analysis of the drain field, careful water sample collection, drinking water lab analysis fees, and county health department fees for final processing.

My pricing covers all of this process and satisfies the ICHD requirements for time of sale well & septic inspection.

Second Opinions

I see it all the time: a company comes in, says you have a broken septic system, uses a few fancy words, and then gives you an expensive quote to repair it. Doesn’t that scream conflict of interest to you? It does to me.

Considering that most repairs in this industry start with at least three digits and often go up to five digits it makes a lot of sense to get a second opinion before you hand over that kind of dough.

Whether it’s your property or a property you’re considering purchasing, a second opinion can save you time, headache and money.

Professional Referrals

Got a problem with your well or septic? Wondering “who offers a service to repair this?”

There are a lot of things that can go wrong and a lot of ways to repair them. In my experience in the industry I’ve seen everything from great knowledge and service to severe lack of education and even deception.

Needless to say, not everyone with a truck and a shovel knows what they’re doing. If you want to know what’s wrong with your system, how it can be fixed, and what the process is to do so - I can help!

I love helping clients accurately assess problems and then find competent, knowledgeable, industry-leading professionals that will get it done right.

Don’t hire the wrong guys for the wrong problem and waste your money.
